Irina has always had a passion for acquiring knowledge and new techniques to optimize patient treatment, viewing the patient as a whole.
In recent years, her treatment approach has focused heavily on patient awareness of posture and compensations, breathing, and acquiring correct posture to facilitate rehabilitation.
Throughout her professional journey, Irina has gained knowledge in the areas of post-aesthetic surgery, treating patients in a private clinic for lymphatic drainage treatments after breast, abdominoplasty, and liposuction surgeries.
She has also received training in functional movement, clinical mat pilates, and hypopressive abdominal gymnastics.
Education
Irina Parreira graduated in Physiotherapy from Jean Piaget University in Algarve, Portugal in 2015.
Career
During her clinical practice, she had the opportunity to work in various areas of physiotherapy, including both hospital and private clinic environments, with a focus on musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.
For the past four years, Irina has been practicing in the UK, with a focus on MSK conditions, particularly patients with whiplash and lower back pain.
